 Price
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Advertising literature are intended only as indictions as to
the price and range of goods offered and no prices, descriptions
or other particulars contained therein shall be bining on Komputer
RepairZ.
- Goods shall be charged at the price in effect at the time of
dispatch
Payment
- All items remain the property of Komputer RepairZ until paid
for in full.
- The company shall be entitled to charge £15.00 for all cheques
represented, returned or dishonoured by its bank.
Ordering
- The customer is responsible for verifying suitable and compatibility
of equipment before purchasing.
- Under no circumstances shall the liability of Komputer RepairZ
under each contract exceed the price for each item and Komputer
RepairZ shall be under no liablity whatsoever to the customer
for any direct/indirect loss and/or expense (including profit)
suffered by the customer.
- The orders accepted by Komputer RepairZ is not subject to change
or cancellation by the customer without the consent of Komputer
RepairZ and without reasonable notice being given to Komputer
RepairZ. A Minimum of 25% of the value or the goods and shipping
as a handling charge may be applied to orders changed or cancelled.

Delivery
- Delivery will be effected at the delivery address
- The delivery date is approximate only and not of any contractual
effect.
- While Komputer RepairZ will use all reasonable endeavours
to meet the delivery date, Komputer RepairZ will not be liable
for any loss or damage incurred by the customer as a result
of any failure to deliver on such particular date.
- In the event of damage, delay or loss due to the mishandling
in transortation, the customer shall deal directly with the
common freight carrier.
Refunds
- Refunds will be given at the descrition of the Management.
- All goods returned unfaulty shall be subject to a charge
of a minimum of 35% of the cost for item(s) plus delievery.
