- Standard Callout - £30.00
Includes first 30mins of work
- Emergency Callout - £50.00
If callout is urgent and can not be booked in at a convenient
time then the callout will be classed as an emergency
- Hours Labour - £25.00
If only half an hour labour is required for a job then only half
an hour is charged for.
- Windows Installation - £30.00
This is a wipe and start again of the hard drive, with re-installation
of the drivers including printers, scanners and cameras. If drivers
are missing see below.
- Downloading/acquiring Missing Driver
- £5.00 per disk
If a driver disk is required or missing, whether it be for a wipe
and start again or just for some hardware that you have, providing
it did not come from us, there will be a charge involved.
- All prices include V.A.T. at 17.5%
- Prices can be reduced or wavered at the discretion of the Management.

patches - Broadband connection required
- Windows Installation - £40.00
As before but done in office
- Ghost Disk/Recovery Pack - £25.00
Produce a Recovery pack of the system at the point of collection/delivery
to the office. This is highly recommended after a fresh windows
installation has been carried out.
- Health Check - £ FREE
To check out the state of the system and offer advice on ways
to inprove the running of the system
- Collection and Delivery of System
- £25.00
Collecting of the system, whether it be just the main unit
or the whole system including monitor, tower, printer scanner,
etc
- In certain circumstances a 'Loan' machine can be offered
while your current machine is out of action.
